contracts which our clients are negotiating are reviewed for provisions
which could adversely affect them financially should a problem arise on
the project. Bonds obtained by clients are also reviewed for proper execution
if requested. 4. Credit and Reference Reports - These are furnished quickly to our clients whenever needed on potential owner/ sub-contractors. 5.
